“From the first call with Maggie O’Reilly at Parkhaven Trust I knew this was the right home for Mum. She’s now been there for a few months and the care and attention she has received has been outstanding from every single member of staff.
I have been associated with many care homes in a professional capacity and can honestly say Parkhaven stands out as one of the best I have come across.
The care and support we have received as a family from all of the staff has been second to none and this has made Mum’s move into care so much easier for us all.
They’ve been amazing in helping Mum settle in and have always gone above and beyond what is required to make her feel at home. She’s delighted with her room that looks out on to a lovely courtyard and the home is surrounded by grounds we can access with Mum which makes our visits far more interesting and beneficial to her.
The carers communicate so thoughtfully and clearly and anticipate her needs in such an efficient and timely way. On top of that the obvious warmth and care extended to Mum is wonderful to see
