A huge thank you for taking care of my brother, I never take for granted that he is so well looked after at The White House. All the staff are like an extended family to us.

It’s always wonderful arriving at The White House and finding my brother looking so well and nicely dressed. I love hearing about his travels and seeing the photos. The recent trips to Edinburgh and Ribby Hall both sound brilliant. The Fjords in June looked fantastic, not to mention Benidorm in the early autumn. He loves getting out and about and loves holidays. I’m so particularly grateful he gets multiple trips a year. A really huge thank you to The White House for making this happen.

I wish to express the highest possible satisfaction and praise for the staff at The White House, based on 18 years of experience of caring for my sister.

I must take the opportunity of saying how wonderful the team are at The White House are. I’ve been interacting with many of the staff for over 20 years – Ann West & Pam in particular, but many of the others. They are absolutely fantastic. The White House is a wonderful and happy family home (not a care home). That’s down to the staff being wonderful people and working as a fabulous team. I can’t praise them enough.

I cannot tell you how the visit to the White House has restored my faith in the care system. The home was beautifully kept, warm and welcoming and it was so obvious that everyone was content and happy. It represents everything we would all want both for our loved ones and ourselves. This only happens when you have contented, motivated and dedicated staff. Truly inspirational.

It was lovely to see you all yesterday and to see how XX was so happy on his birthday.  He loved the attention he was getting and is really thriving in the environment he now lives in.  Everyone, residents as well as staff, are always so happy and that gives a real lift to the place.
