Cassie joined Parkhaven Trust in 2011 as a Domiciliary Assistant Support Worker at Parkhaven Court. She then progressed to her existing role of Deputy Scheme Leader in 2017.
Cassie has worked for the majority of her time in Parkhaven Court, although she also has experience in service delivery in our other services.
Cassie’s role involves the day-to-day running of Parkhaven Court; supporting our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes whilst getting the best out of life.

Ann has dedicated her life to caring for others. Her career at Parkhaven Trust spans 40 years. Ann has worked across many services at The Trust with the last 25 years of her working life at The White House.
Ann is a truly inspirational leader, she has created a culture at The White House of love, care and happiness. Ann treats all those that live at The White House as an extension of her own family, she instills this ethos in her team. She sees the service user’s family as part of that extended family, involving them in regular weekly lunches, with an open-door policy for all families to visit and get involved in family-life at The White House.
In 2024 Ann was awarded a Sefton Citizens 4 Good Award.
Later that year Ann was also a Finalist in The Social Care Leadership Awards, in the category of Lifetime Achievement in Learning Disabilities & Autism Award.

Kate is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years accountancy experience. Kate has been the Finance Manager and Company Secretary for Parkhaven Trust since 2012. Prior to this, Kate was Group Finance Manager for Pataks Foods Ltd. Her role includes ensuring that the legal requirements of the Trust are adhered to, managing all financial aspects and ensuring the future of the Trust through financial sustainability. She is also the lead for Contracts, Information management and General Data Protection Regulation.
In 2021 Kate won Finance Director of The Year at the Finance Director of the Year Awards.

Sarah Incledon-Blevin

Sarah started working in nursing homes from the age of 16 and gained her skills as a HCA. She has worked in both domestic and kitchen roles.
Sarah worked as a student nurse at James Page in 2012 and from here she decided that being a Nurse in a nursing home environment would be the future of her career.
Sarah began the role of newly qualified Nurse at James Page in 2015, later becoming the Clinical Lead in 2016; this role helped her develop her leadership skills.
In 2019 Sarah began the role of Service Manager for James Page. Sarah’s role involves ensuring the smooth running of James Page, making sure the nursing/HCA team work together as a whole team. Sarah ensures that all person centred care needs are met for every individual client.
Sarah is passionate about ensuring dignity and respect is met at all times including during end of life care.
In 2024 Sarah won the The Palliative Care/End of Life Award, in the Great British Care Awards.
In 2025 Sarah won the Palliative Care Manager Award for Residential and Nursing Homes, in the National Palliative & End of Life Care Awards.

Diane Percy

Diane began her career in care in 2004 supporting young people with behavioural difficulties. From there Diane managed a number of supported living services; supporting adults with varying disabilities, including ASD, learning difficulties and physical difficulties
In 2018 Diane took on the role of Residential Manager, responsible for the management of a 4 bed mental health residential service for young people with complex mental health issues. This was a therapeutic setting for young people between 16 –25 years old, working towards recovery and independence.
In 2020 Diane became Registered Manager, with sole responsibility for the running of a domiciliary care company, providing domiciliary care to a variety of people with complex and additional needs in their own home environments.
In 2025 Diane became Registered Manager for The Beeches, throughout her extensive career Diane has developed a wealth of knowledge in quality care. She is passionate about the work that she does in improving service user’s quality of life, she is also a strong leader and believes in developing her workforce, creating a “can do” work environment throughout her team.

Amanda Manley

Amanda started her HR journey in the importing industry in Liverpool 1996 and has worked for a variety of Liverpool born organisations over the years such as Ethel Austin, Weightmans Solicitors, Littlewoods Shop Direct Group and Matalan to name a few. Amanda was promoted to the Board as the People Director in her previous company, so has a great insight into people strategy. Amanda’s HR passion remains in transactional HR, building simple but effective people frameworks to ensure employees want to come to work, have a great employment experience whilst they are there and shout about it to attract others when the need arises.
Amanda is responsible for creating and achieving Parkhavens’ Workforce Plan to support the Trust in their journey to be an Employer of Choice.

Kat joined Parkhaven Trust in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience in marketing and fundraising from a range of public and private sector companies.
Kat has worked in the field of communication and marketing for over 15 years, she began her career as a media/press officer at Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, she then went on to broaden her scope of work in communication via roles within Lancashire County Council.
Latterly, Kat has worked as a freelance communications manager, providing strategic communications advice and support to a number of not-for-profits and private businesses.
Kat is passionate and dedicated, working hard to raise the profile of Parkhaven Trust, generating much-needed funds to benefit Parkhaven’s clients and sharing the very excellent work carried out by the staff, volunteers and Trustees.

Sam Bradley

Sam has worked for Parkhaven Trust full time since September 2016, beginning her career as a care assistant at Harrison House. She then went on to work in The Willow Centre, Kyffin Taylor, Parkhaven Court and The Beeches. During this time she completed level s 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social care.
Sam has now been appointed the role of Quality Improvement Coordinator. Sam is now responsible for leading the Trust’s quality improvement strategy across all services. This involves reviewing audits and reports to create recommendations for services to improving quality standards across the Trust.
Sam will also be involved in the implementation of any new digital innovations across The Trust.

Ray Walker

Ray is a Registered Nurse (Adult and Mental Health). He completed his initial nurse education at the then South Sefton School of Nursing.
He has over 40 years operational and strategic experience in a diverse number of roles across the NHS, the Department of Health, and Health Education England. He has held a number of senior positions including Director of Nursing at Mersey Care NHS FT and Chief Nurse for the North of England at Health Education England.
Ray Chaired the group that developed the national safe, sustainable, and productive staffing guidance (Mental Health) for the National Quality Board and was a Member of the Prime Minister’s Commission on the future of Nursing.
Ray is semi-retired and is currently a Non Executive Director at the Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust.

Kate Henderson has over 18 years of experience working in housing. She has worked in various areas during this time including strategy and policy, regeneration and community investment. Kate is currently Head of Strategy and Planning at The Riverside Group where she has responsibility for corporate planning, research, policy development and social value; and is also the lead for the Group‘s charitable Foundation.
Kate is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is also a member of its North West Regional Board, she is also a service user representative for Southport and Ormskirk Maternity Voice Partnership.

Dr Julie Williams

Julie qualified as a state registered nurse at the Royal Liverpool Hospital. Her clinical experience was in the Accident and Emergency Department before working for a Liverpool Community Trust developing an early concept of the now familiar ‘Walk in Centers’. Julie moved to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital as Assistant Director of Nursing and following completion of her Masters degree in Nursing she took an academic post in university.
She gained her PhD in Educational Research from the University of Lancaster in 2010. Her academic career spanned several universities including the University of Liverpool, University of Chester, University of Lincoln, Edge Hill University and latterly at Liverpool John Moores University. In this current position she has responsibility for the School of Nursing and Advanced Practice, external engagement with partner organisations and contract management with Health Education England. Julie also works for Health Education England (National) as an Advanced Clinical Practice Reviewer.

Mike graduated in geology and then pursued a 43 year career in the oil industry with BP, progressing through roles in petrophysics and engineering with assignments in most continents. In recent years he undertook senior international management positions, including roles in the USA, Indonesia and Azerbaijan. He is now an Energy Transition consultant – something of a climate change ‘poacher turned game keeper’.
Mike grew up with his brother, Stan, who was born with serious learning difficulties and who has lived in the White House, for the last 20 years. Mike’s experiences with Stan have developed a deep understanding of the life and care of vulnerable people dealing with a range of challenges. He is currently writing a biography of Stan’s experiences and the role of the family, charities and support groups in caring, confronting and coping with the challenges of health vulnerability with the aim of contributing to wider public appreciation of such issues.

Kate Curran has worked in the social housing sector for over 30 years and has experience of managing and developing supported housing and related support services along with commissioning and strategic planning. Starting her housing career in London, she moved to the South West and then the West Midlands. She is now living locally in Sefton and keeps in touch with her brother-in-law who lives in one of our homes.

John has had two careers, firstly as an Engineer and then as a Marketer.
Starting as a Technical Apprentice at Plessey in Liverpool he progressed to a Senior Engineer before moving into the IT industry and becoming Engineering Manager for one of the largest UK dealers/distributors.
John then took the opportunity to change career and became a Product Marketer at ICL. Within the organisation he progressed through a number of other roles as a Senior Marketer including Partner Marketing, Sector Marketing and Account Based Marketing for which he won National and International awards. John has also been Head of Marketing at a couple of companies in the Retail Sector and worked as a Marketing Contractor for the likes of O2.

Jill Boggan

Jill is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 35 years’ experience working in the public and charity sectors covering audit, finance, procurement, estates, and development of trading subsidiaries. She completed initial accountancy studies at the then Liverpool Polytechnic.
She has held senior roles in Liverpool City Council, and across the NHS including Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust and Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and was a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Accounting and Standards Committee contributing to several best practice guidance publications and articles.
Jill is the Director of finance for the Archdiocese of Liverpool with responsibility for the finance, surveying and property, parish centres and cemeteries teams.

Emlyn Williams

Emlyn is a partner and employment lawyer with Weightmans LLP, based in Liverpool. Emlyn heads up the Weightmans Healthcare Employment Team nationally.
He has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of employment law. Emlyn was President of Liverpool Law Society from 2014 to 2015.
Away from the law, Emlyn was a Trustee of the Liverpool art gallery and charity, FACT, from 2015 to 2021.
He is involved in Liverpool Chapter of Citizens UK, a charity which supports local communities to develop their voice, leadership, power and strategy to make real change – and has been a volunteer at Glastonbury Festival, in the recycling team, for over 10 years.
