About The Willow Centre
We offer a home-from-home day centre for people with dementia. We provide the highest standards of specialist care and support for families.
There is always plenty going on at The Willow Centre from yoga to gardening, singing and hair and beauty to name but a few. All set in our beautiful purpose-built centre surrounded by our historic woodlands.
The Willow Centre gives peace of mind to families, offering reassurance that their loved one is in a safe, stimulating and homely environment with friendly staff who fully understand dementia.
Whole-person plans reflect our service user’s individual needs, interests and freedom of choice. The Willow Centre has a high ratio of staff to service users, enabling people to pursue a range of different activities and interests freely and safely.
Delicious home cooked meals and snacks are available throughout the day, providing variety and choice, any special dietary requirements are catered for.
We provide a full range of activities for our service users, these include (but are not limited to); arts and crafts, poetry, reading aloud, singing, live music, sensory activities, reminiscing activities, hand massage, painting, yoga, physiotherapy, keep fit, seasonal crafts (e.g pumpkin carving, making Christmas cards etc) and board games. Sarah Incledon-Blevin

Sarah started working in nursing homes from the age of 16 and gained her skills as a HCA. She has worked in both domestic and kitchen roles.
Sarah worked as a student nurse at James Page in 2012 and from here she decided that being a Nurse in a nursing home environment would be the future of her career.
Sarah began the role of newly qualified Nurse at James Page in 2015, later becoming the Clinical Lead in 2016; this role helped her develop her leadership skills.
In 2019 Sarah began the role of Service Manager for James Page. Sarah’s role involves ensuring the smooth running of James Page, making sure the nursing/HCA team work together as a whole team. Sarah ensures that all person centred care needs are met for every individual client.
Sarah is passionate about ensuring dignity and respect is met at all times including during end of life care.
In 2024 Sarah won the The Palliative Care/End of Life Award, in the Great British Care Awards.
In 2025 Sarah won the Palliative Care Manager Award for Residential and Nursing Homes, in the National Palliative & End of Life Care Awards.
