Parkhaven Trust are committed to ensuring that we keep all our residents, clients and staff as safe as possible. Our aim is to protect our clients, some of whom are extremely vulnerable and to ensure their safety.
We are welcoming new residents and clients into our homes to ensure that we are there for those that need care and support. In order to do this safely we have a very clear admission policy and have infection control protocols that must be met.
We are here to ensure that for those that need care, we are doing all we can to keep them safe and protected. All of our staff are trained in infection control and use of Personal Protection Equipment. We appreciate that if you are looking to move in, you will want to see the service in person, and we can provide limited access to our services to facilitate this. Please discuss this with the manager of the service that you are interested in to agree how this can take place.
Visitors are not currently permitted inside our services, apart from in some exceptional circumstances. This is to maintain necessary infection control measures during the current COVID-19 pandemic. We will ensure that vital medical visits are made, ensuring that all visitors follow strict infection prevention and control guidelines as necessary.
We know how important communication is between residents, clients, friends and family and all services have video calling services to enable people to keep in touch.
We are confident that our staff are doing all they can to ensure that life in our services remains as comfortable and sociable as possible.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com and please call the service direct if you would like to speak to a loved one.
Thank you in advance for your patience and co-operation.
