About the vacancy

Salary:  from £17,290  per annum (pro rata based on 35 hours a week) No zero hour contracts

Full and part time hours available, permanent contracts, travel time and mileage paid, a huge selection of hours and excellent benefits from a leading not-for-profit care provider in North Liverpool.

You will be based in Parkhaven Trust services and work in Maghull and surrounding areas (3 mile radius) Parkhaven Trust is a well-established charity, providing a range of excellent residential and support services across Maghull, with a proven record for staff training and development.

As a carer in the community you will be part of a team delivering our high standards of care. When assisting with a variety of personal care needs, including support with personal hygiene and appearance, you will follow individual people’s care plans to ensure that their dignity and choices are respected. You may undertake light domestic duties preparing meals and assisting with hydration and medication needs. You will promote independence, dignity and choice, enabling people to live in the comfort and security of their own home and engage with the community as appropriate.

Candidates who hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle are preferred, however non-drivers will also be considered.
