We were delighted to be sent a copy of a book dating back to 1899, detailing the first 10 years of ‘Maghull Homes’ – ‘The First Epileptic Home in England’, which later became Parkhaven Trust.

Much has changed during the past 130 years! – not least our change in focus,  providing the very best care for those living with dementia, the elderly and those living with a learning disability.

Looking back at the history of our organisation is fascinating, we must say a huge thanks to Mrs Marsh for sending this interesting piece of our history to us.
