“Seems apt to write this review as November marks mum’s third year at The Beeches. Mum arrived at Oak wing, as one of the first residents and was a very frail tiny size six on end-of-life care. We prayed she would make it to Christmas and here we are about to celebrate her fourth Christmas at the Beeches. She’s a bonnie size 16 now, which she was most of her life.
Sadly her dementia has progressed but the care, love and respect she receives every single day, makes a horrible situation the best it can be. Looking back on these years and the horrendous Covid-19 days, I’m incredibly grateful mum was here, as I knew she was getting the best care and love that every loved one deserved.
I drive past the sign proud to be Parkhaven every visit and I couldn’t agree more. Three years on, the same staff, the same love, the same genuine care not only for the residents but their families too. They are our extended family and I can’t sing all your praises any higher. Thank you all for all you do all the time.”
