Parkhaven Court

Liverpool Road South, Maghull, Merseyside, L31 8BL

Parkhaven Court is an extra care housing scheme for people with dementia based in Maghull.

Our primary aim is to ensure our tenants get the most out of life in a comfortable, safe and secure environment, which includes our beautiful grounds.

Extra care housing is a form of housing with support; it gives people the chance to live in purpose built, self-contained accommodation that has a 24 hour staff team, providing care and support as required.

Parkhaven Court is designed to offer security and accessibility for people with various levels of support needs.

The development has a communal lounge and dining area, an IT/library area and a hairdressing salon, with regular activities such as summer BBQs, coffee mornings, bingo, trips out and communal lunches.

Each individual flat is comprised of an open plan lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen, an accessible wet room with walk in shower and one or two bedrooms.  Tenants have access to a private, enclosed courtyard and each flat has a small garden.

Living at Parkhaven Court allows tenants to remain as independent as possible, with support plans tailored to meet their needs.

Staff are trained to NVQ Level 2 or 3 and have ongoing training to ensure skills and knowledge are up-to-date.

Parkhaven Court is fully compliant with CQC standards.
