I would like to this opportunity to thank the whole team at The Beeches for all the professional care that you have given my wife Janet since the move from residential to nursing on 29th of September 2025.
After admission to nursing you and your colleagues took up the challenge to stabilise Janet, with a mixture of new medication, great professional care and a can-do attitude. You should take great pride in meeting that challenge to help my wife to stabilise and enjoy as much as possible of the home, the environment and the staff.
One of the good things I noticed is that you and all the staff smile and look directly at me when I am asking for information or just general help.
I think that’s a quality in itself as it breeds confidence.
Janet has had 49 days successful as a write this and long may it continue.
You have all made my life a little bit easier.
