I would like to pass on our sincere thanks to all the staff in James Page, Deyes Lane, I am speaking on behalf of all my family/friends who came to see our mother. The staff go the extra mile constantly making sure mum is comfortable at all times. We see this care given to all other residents within the care of James Page, Nothing is ever too much trouble, sometimes the staff have to have lots of patience. The crafts are great assets and singing during the day keeps the members happy and they enjoy the activities. I am always telling the staff about the care they give to everyone, it’s 100 % constant. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, washing is taken away and returned, if they have names on, obviously this is easier for staff to return. The food is always to a high standard/presented to a standard that you would expect. We would like to say a big thank you to all the staff as they are brilliant and we can never thank you enough for the help/support our mum and we have received.
