The results below were taken from the satisfaction surveys we conducted in September 2025.
We conduct anonymous surveys twice a year.
We are always looking at ways to gather feedback to help improve our services, we do this through a number of ways including; suggestion boxes in all our services, an online review function on our website, an open door policy for all our service managers as well as encouraging emails and phone calls.
Specific feedback for each service will be followed up in the coming weeks with a ‘You Said We Did’ piece, allowing us to explain the changes we will make as a result of feedback.
