We want to recognise and reward the very excellent work of our amazing staff and to do this we need YOUR help!
This month we are proud to launch the Proud to be Parkhaven Awards, this is an annual award’s scheme for all staff of Parkhaven Trust to take part in.
The awards are split into a number of categories, for which staff can nominate their colleagues. The categories promote the behaviours that Parkhaven Trust value; kindness, caring, a can-do attitude – to name but a few!
The Service of The Year Award category of the Proud to be Parkhaven Awards is nominated for by our service users, their families, carers and friends – this is where we need your help!
Please read the category information below and use the form (click here) to nominate the service, staff member or team that YOU feel deserves recognition for their hard work.
Service of The Year Award: This category is voted for by clients and families/carers. This gives you the chance to have a say in which service you believe deserves recognition. When judging this category the panel will not just be looking at the quantity of votes but also the examples used by the nominees to demonstrate the excellence in service they believe they and their loved ones have received.
Please Note: you can submit more than one nomination!
The Awards will run until next Summer, when winners will be announced at a special staff event.
