Today we were delighted to bring colleagues together from across Parkhaven Trust for our annual Proud to Be Parkhaven Awards 2026 – a special afternoon dedicated to recognising the incredible people who make our organisation such a caring and inspiring place.

Winners from services across the Trust were joined by our Trustees, Senior Leadership Team and invited guests as we celebrated the commitment, compassion and dedication shown by colleagues every single day.

The awards recognised excellence across a wide range of categories, celebrating colleagues who consistently go above and beyond to enrich the lives of the people we support. Every winner represents the very best of Parkhaven Trust, demonstrating kindness, professionalism, teamwork and an unwavering commitment to high-quality care.

One of the most meaningful aspects of the Proud to Be Parkhaven Awards is that every nomination comes from colleagues and the families of those we care for. These awards give staff the opportunity to recognise the people they work alongside every day—those who consistently go above and beyond, demonstrate our values, and make a real difference to the lives of the people we support and to one another. Being nominated by fellow colleagues and the families of those we care for is a testament to the respect, appreciation and admiration earned through dedication, compassion and teamwork, making each award an especially proud and well-deserved achievement.
