On behalf of Parkhaven Trusts’ Board of Trustees, I am delighted to announce the appointment of Peter Merity who will be joining us in January 2026 as our new Chief Executive Officer following the retirement of Kim Crowe.
Peter (pictured) brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across housing, care, and support services, with a proven track record in delivering organisational transformation, strategic growth, and inclusive person-centred care. Most recently, as Director of Housing and Support at Alpha Living, a specialist older persons housing provider, Peter played a central role in positioning the organisation as a national leader, with award-winning services and developments that promote independence, wellbeing, and community connection. Passionate about people, inclusion, and innovation, Peter will lead Parkhaven into its next chapter, building on its proud 136-year legacy of providing high-quality, compassionate care and support.
