We’re opening an exciting new nursing home at Parkhaven Trust (on our Liverpool Road South estate) in November 2026—and we’d love your help to name it.

This new home will provide a warm, welcoming environment designed to support people living with dementia, helping them feel safe, valued, and at home. Now, we’re looking for a name for the home—and that’s where you come in.

Get involved
Have an idea for a name? Whether it’s something comforting, uplifting, or inspired by our local community, we want to hear from you.

Background

The service, which is currently located on Deyes Lane (will move to the newly constructed, purpose built home in September 2026), was called James Page House, after a former Chairman of Maghull Homes, which became Parkhaven Trust.

The names of Parkhaven Trust’s other services (which might give you some inspiration!)  include: The Willow Centre, Parkhaven Court, The Beeches & The White House.

The chosen name will become part of our service for years to come—and you’ll be helping shape something truly meaningful for the people we support and their families. If your name is chosen you will be invited to our ‘grand opening’ due for later this year (2026).

Closing date: 31st July 2026.
