Over the last few weeks we have been celebrating Caribbean culture with a range of activities for our service users, below you will see photos of our Caribbean party and artwork created by our service users.
We enjoyed Caribbean themed activities culminating in a grand finale party, with a steel pan band! The activity took place at The Willow Centre, with attendees from Parkhaven Court.
Special mention goes to our star cook Sandra who cooked a delicious Caribbean lunch of one pot Jambalaya and Jamaica Toto cake for desert.
We also enjoyed mock-tails: Pina Coladas, Strawberry Shrub and mango fizz as well as tropical pineapple coconut balls and a fruit platter.
