Senior Management Team
Kim was appointed as Chief Executive in September 2013. Prior to her appointment Kim worked in the NHS for over 30 years, working for 15 years as an Executive Director in a large mental health Trust.
Her role as Chief Executive is to ensure that the Trust has a robust strategy in place and that this is delivered to improve the lives of the service users and staff at Parkhaven Trust.
Maggie is a qualified nurse with 40 years of adult and mental health experience. She has worked for the Trust for 19 years having managed all of the residential services during this time. She is the lead for Adult Protection and Operation Lead for The Beeches and James Page House.
Kate is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years accountancy experience. Kate has been the Finance Manager and Company Secretary for Parkhaven Trust since 2012. Prior to this, Kate was Group Finance Manager for Pataks Foods Ltd. Her role includes ensuring that the legal requirements of the Trust are adhered to, managing all financial aspects and ensuring the future of the Trust through financial sustainability.She is also the lead for Contracts and General Data Protection Regulation.
Human Resources Manager
Mark is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and joined the Trust in 2002. Mark is responsible for recruitment, training and employ well-being and engagement. He aims to create a caring culture throughout the Trust and to make it an employer of choice.
Jon joined Parkhaven Trust in 2010 and is a multi-skilled tradesman with 30 years’ experience of managing buildings and grounds maintenance in a variety of organisations. He is responsible for the Trust estate, ensuring that our buildings are kept in good order and also manages the maintenance team. Jon is also Health and Safety lead for the Trust.
Community Services Manager
Beccy joined the Trust in 2003 as a Care Assistant and has progressed to role of Community Services Manager. She has held a range of posts in most services within the Trust. In her current role she is responsible for Extra Care Services, Day and Respite Services and development of the Trust Domiciliary Services. She is also the Trust Social Media Lead.
