The range of services we offer

Services for older people

Parkhaven Trust provides long and short term residential care for frail older people and people with dementia. It also provides nursing care for older people. These services are complemented by a day service for older people with dementia and for people with early onset dementia.

Harrison House provides residential care for 24 older people. It is a 5* rated home providing permanent and respite care for older people. It is set in beautiful surroundings and has excellent communal rooms and facilities. For more information click on Harrison House

Kyffin Taylor provides residential care for 20 older people with dementia. It is a 5* rated home providing permanent and respite care. It is set in a beautiful garden with access to excellent communal and individual rooms. For more information click on Kyffin Taylor

James Page Nursing Home is a 5* nursing home for 31 older people. It provides the highest standard of nursing care in excellent accommodation. All the bedrooms have full en suite facilities including a walk in shower and toilet. There is also a Jacuzzi bath. For more information click on James Page Nursing Home

Willow Day service provides day care for up to 30 people with dementia, Monday through to Saturday from 9am until 5pm. There is an extensive activity programme which includes yoga, gardening regular exercise
in our grounds.

Services for people with physical disabilities and learning disabilities

Parkhaven Trust provides a residential home for people with physical disabilities at Bartlett House. There are plans to re-provide these services in a new bungalow development.

There are also registered residential homes for people with learning disabilities in the community.

Houses at Westover Close, Liverpool Road South and Deyes Lane provide registered residential homes for people with learning disabilities.

Community gardening scheme and Horticultural
day service

Currently there are also some opportunities to work on our community gardening scheme. This was established in 2005 to provide meaningful day opportunities for people with learning disabilities and provide a valued service to the local community.
