Service User Survey Results - 2015


Each year we send out a survey to find out how our service users and their families feel about our services.  This feedback helps us to improve. 

We are delighted to learn that the majority responded positively about the quality of person centred care we provide, agree that dignity and respect is given and feel involved in care decisions.

Results indicated that the majority of service users and their families are happy with ‘life at the home’ and agree that all areas are clean, tidy and well maintained.   Again, the majority agree that visitors are always made to feel welcome, staff listen, care and communicate effectively, food is good and meaningful activities are offered.

Overall, the results were good and issues identified have been discussed with home managers individually.  Improvements will be included in the 2016-17 Business Plan.
