Service User Survey Results - 2014
Each year we send out a survey to find out how our residents, service users and their families feel about our services. This feedback helps us to improve our services.
We are delighted to learn that the majority responded positively about the quality of care we provide and would recommend our various services to friends and family.
Results indicated that the majority of service users and their families know how to make a complaint and are aware of the activities at our homes and services.
Overall the results were good and issues identified have been discussed with home managers individually. Improvements will be included in the 2015-16 Business Plan.
