Senior Care Worker

Salary: Up to £15,761 per annum (pro rata) - 35 Hours Per Week Part-time and Job Share will be considered

The Trust would welcome applications from professional individuals who are looking for a long term career in Social Care.  With a proven record of reliability and excellence, you will be given the opportunity to develop skills and gain further qualifications at level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.

As a Senior Care Worker, you will have or be working towards level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.  Working along side the RGN/Managers you will be responsible for leading shifts, administering medication and supporting staff to ensure service users receive the highest standards of care.  Training will be provided to ensure that you are competent in your job role and develop the confidence and skills to further your career.
