Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Salary: Up to £23,878 per annum (pro rata) - 35 hours Hours Per Week

The successful candidate will act as deputy to the Estates Manager and assist with maintaining, repairing and improving the fabric, fixtures and services to all our properties and equipment across Maghull. 

You will be part of a highly skilled team who pride themselves on quality and efficiency.  You will be required to carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard, the majority or which will be of a domestic nature; general plumbing, electrical repairs, P.A.T testing and minor fabric repairs.

You will have a recognised electrical qualification and have a good understanding of domestic plumbing systems and be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of health and safety.

You will have a knowledge of the control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems and be computer literate.  A full clean driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive a Trust vehicle.
