Mr Nick Avery is the Chairman of the Trust.
Nick is a qualified accountant. He is currently Head of Audit & Risk for Leonard Cheshire Disability. He lives in Birkdale, Southport.
Dr David Anderson
Dr Anderson is a Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry with Merseycare NHS Trust & Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Liverpool. He has worked with people with dementia and their carers for over 20 years. He was involved with the development of the National Dementia Strategy and its implementation, and a number of national programmes on older people's mental health.
Mr Seth Crofts
Seth Crofts is Dean of the Faculty of health at Edge Hill University, Ormskirk.
Seth is a registered nurse in both mental and adult nursing, with 30 years of professional experience. In his current role Seth is responsible for the delivery of a large portfolio of multi-professional health care programmes, at undergraduate and post graduate level.
Ms Ruth Eley
Ruth is the National Programme Lead for older people and dementia in the Department of Health. Ms Eley is a qualified social worker and was the deputy director of social services for Liverpool. She has extensive experience of working in social care with older people and people with disabilities.
Mr Mark Harrison-North BSc Hons, MICM Grad
Mark is a Financial Services professional specialising in Credit Risk and Operational Management. Mark lives locally to Parkhaven.
Ms Karen Matthews is a qualified Solicitor, Company Secretary and US Attorney.
Karen is currently the Company Lawyer for an international advanced wound care company based in the North West. She lives in Birkdale.
Mrs Nicola Vose FRICS, FAAV is a Chartered Surveyor and Partner with P Wilson & Company Preston, specialising in agriculture, land management and waste water construction contracts. She grew up in Maghull and lives locally.
