Domiciliary Care: Parkhaven@Home

The Trust set up the Parkhaven@Home domiciliary service in April 2008. Based at the Willow Day Service, it supports service users in their own homes. Parkhaven@Home can provide care for periods of time, from half an hour to a whole weekend, to provide the carer with time for themselves. Our philosophy is familiar faces in familiar places'.

Our aims are to provide care and support, from enabling someone to have a bath to making a snack or making sure medication is taken. Parkhaven@Home works in partnership with those that use the service, their families, carers and professionals to provide an excellent service and ensure that the individual can remain in their own home for as long as possible.
