Our Staff

Parkhaven Trust employs approximately 180 people, many of whom work part time. The majority of posts are involved in working in one of our many services as care assistants or support workers.

Parkhaven Trust is very proud of its achievement of the Investors in People award and remains committed to offering staff training and regular supervision appropriate to their role.Over 80% of staff have gained NVQ2 level, of which 40% have NVQ level 3.
