Parkhaven Trust is a registered charity no 210163 and a company limited by guarantee. The Trust is regulated by the Charity Commission and complies with the requirements of the Companies House.
The Trust has a Board of Trustees who are also directors of the company. Trustees meet approximately six times a year. The purpose of the Board is to hold the Trust to account, monitor the Trust's activities, agree policies and procedures to support staff in their work and ensure there is an appropriate strategy in place for the Trust. Trustees also visit the services each month. It is the role of the senior management team to carry out the day to day management of the Trust. In addition each registered Home has a registered manager
The Trust advertises vacancies for Trustees in the local press. Trustees are appointed for a given tenure but can be reappointed. All Trustees have a job description and go through an induction programme. For further information on the current Trustees and brief CV's please click here.
